As usual this smoking hot BBW contemporary romance and book two in the series is just as hot as the first book was. The only thing that drives me crazy is the short length of these books and the cliff hanging endings which makes you want the next book in the series now. I can't wait to see how Candy and Max's relationship continues or to see if it fizzles out.
Candy is a little confused regarding her most recent encounters with Max. Thankfully, her friends help her to see where this is going. Pursue him, she does!

HAWT! There is no other way to describe their scenes together. Their chemistry is fantastic. We also find out a bit more about Max’s past.

Curves Envy 2 picked up right where 1 left off. Candy is torn on what to do, follow what her body wants or what her brain thinks is best? After that decision life seems like a piece of cake(...melted chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce!) Who can deny anything when a gorgeous man is looking at you like I picture Max to look at Candy?
Just be ready for the cliffhanger that leaves you wanting just 1 more page!
Ok so the second installation in this series is a lot smoother than the first and I read it in less than a day. Really caught me there, cliff hanger ending again without even the appearance of remorse. Candy and Max are well into the relationship it seems and you want to see if their reckless behaviour will have a real reckoning. But I laughed and purchased the next so there!
As if book 1 wasn't HOT ENOUGH....Scarlett brings Candy and Max to a whole new level!! Without giving away too much, let me just say that Candy is powerless when it comes to resisting Max and his, ahem, charms. Max is a rule breaker in every sense of the word. No regard for her job. No regard for her self imposed body loathing. He truly knows how to motivate and reward her!! Scarlett Avery definitely understand the beauty of ALL women and especially the benefits of BBW with all sorts of shapes and sizes. You can't help but feel beautifully desired vicariously through her salacious, stimulating words. My only complaint is her new release isn't out for FOUR MORE DAYS (7/29) and I might literally die from WITHDRAWAL!

The story of max and candy picks up right where book 1 left off. Thank God candy has friends that helps her to see the light. I so love them, though Dev is my fav of her friends. Candy has major body image issues but I think with time she will get better about it. I do believe that her self esteem issues will cause a hiccup in her budding relationship.

The glimpse into max's life tugged at my heart. I wish candy opened up to him as he did her, but everything in time. To find out that he had a tat (yes I know it's on the cover) was still a very very welcomed surprise (yum).
